When the system renders a printed report, it does so using XML programming language, which includes descriptive "tags" that tell a browser or another program how to interpret and display the results. It then stores the file with the suffix .NYP. The result is a highly transferable and platform independent file.
When the printed output is saved as a file, the saved format contains XML tags. If you need to produce the saved output as a common "TXT" or text format the NYP to Text File will convert the XML format to TXT format and remove the XML tags.
